Vue sublime avec terrasse - localisation parfaite - propre
Personnel et service quelque peu amateur, ce qui est dommage pour un lieu si magique. On peut cependant communiquer avec eux en cas de désaccord. - Ne comptez pas sur le petit-déjeuner qui est incomplet et médiocre, allez plutôt au "El Gallo Pitagorico" sur la place principale, voici l'adresse : Allende # 1, Esquina, Jdn. de la Unión, Zona Centro. L'hôtel a du potentiel pour créer un restaurant dans le futur, avec un vrai savoir-faire, ça serait super. Attention concernant le petit-déjeuner : on nous a donné une carte sans prix en nous invitant à choisir, puis nous avons été facturé. Je vous invite à contester cet acte si vous n'avez pas été prévenu à l'avance que c'était un supplément des fruits et du café, not rico at all.

Emplacement avec une vue splendide sur la ville. Prévoir un peu de souffle car il y a une belle côte pour rejoindre l’hôtel :) Très bonne situation qui permet d’apprécier l’ambiance du centre ville sans se retrouver dans le brouahaha Personnel accueillant

« Hotel qui a connu de meilleurs jours. »
La vue exceptionnelle, la propreté de la chambre, bon lit, l'emplacement
L'hotel manque d'amour. Il aurait grand besoin de réno. Les meubles des places communes sont brisés, défraichis,les murs manquent de peintures, et il faut monter 134 marches en pente raide pour rejoindre la chambre. Le service de navette pour le stationnement est inéfficace. Attention, ça dit petit déjeuné inclus mais ce n'est pas vrai. Le café mauvais et des toasts sont inclus. Si vous voulez un vrai dejeuné, il faudra payer et encore, vous devrez chercher la personne pour le faire. Bref on sent que cet hotel a des difficultés d'administration et qu'il a connu de meilleurs jours.

la très belle vue depuis la terrasse de la chambre et la localisation de l’hôtel
j’ai été déçue de cet hôtel. La chambre n’était pas propre ( poussière, cheveux dans la salle de bains), et le petit déjeuner inclus ne nous donnait en fait droit qu’aux chilaquiles et à un café…
